What You'll Do Welcome patients and ensure their details are accurately recorded Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with care and precision Manage billing and correspondence with professionalism Support doctors' clinics and maintain accurate records Be a reliable and friendly voice on the phone, helping patients feel supported What We're Looking For A compassionate and motivated individual with a passion for patient care Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail Previous experience in medical reception or administration (Genie/Gentu knowledge a plus) A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to every interaction Join us in making a difference—one patient, one appointment, one smile at a time.
