The Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing exceptional administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless communication.

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing daily office activities, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the sales team
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, and equipment
  • Preparing weekly vendor reports and sales advice
  • Processing receipts, refunds, and commissions

In addition to administrative duties, the Office Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Overseeing all office processes and procedures
  • Supporting HR-related items and personnel files

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • A strong organizational and time management skillset
  • CRM experience is highly advantageous
