As independent contractors, support workers may often be left feeling isolated or overwhelmed as they navigate an ever changing industry. The VGSS team also handles a number of administrative and organisational tasks for you to ensure that you can focus your time and energy on supporting your clients.

**We believe in facilitating meaningful and long-term connections. We have found that participants often get stuck in a 'revolving door of support', where a person-centered approach to support cannot truly be achieved. We aim to connect independent support workers and NDIS participants based on who they both are as an individual, creating the opportunity for a genuine connection.**

**This is an independent contractor position that requires you to have your own ABN, insurance, police check, reliable transport, blue card, and NDIS worker screening check. At VGSS, we require the independent contractors we work with to hold double vaccination status.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- No weekends
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:
