We completely understand you have a life outside of work We have worked hard to improve our rostering to provide you with more choices in the week. Rosters are prepared two weeks in advance. You can allocate days and shift times that suit you and your needs and choose from the location on offer. Or if you prefer casual employment, we have that too

Your new work environment is a large modern purpose-built centre boasting exciting indoor learning environments with large natural outdoor spaces, complete with tanbark and sand for each age group. There is even a huge internal slide that the Educators have as much fun in as the children do.

Our clients have a deep commitment to creating a secure, home-like environment that is warm and friendly and full of open-ended spaces to stimulate the minds of the children in their care. We are a multicultural centre and believe that the diversity of cultures, practices and beliefs among children, families, and staff of our centre and in the local community defines who we are.

**What we are looking for**:

- A warm and welcoming disposition with a deep passion for delivering excellence in early childhood education and care
- A completed ACECQA-approved Cert III, Diploma (or working towards ECT)
- Experience in a long daycare setting
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, including the VEYLDF, EYLF and NQS.
- A confident communicator who is team-orientated.
- Excellent programming and observation skills
- Working With Children Check (Employer)
- Ability to work to a rotating roster 07:30-6:00 pm
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management (Requirement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
