We are recruiting for a wonderful school located in Glendenning, where you'll have the opportunity to join a welcoming community. This is a perfect opportunity for an OSHC or ECE Educator who is looking to step up in their career. You'll join a passionate Coordinator and assist in mentoring a team of committed educators

**About the role:
- Full time | Assistant Coordinator/Educational Leader Role | 38 hours per week
- Mix of block and split shifts - Monday to Friday
- Leadership position as a qualified Responsible Person
- 10% above Award wages (pending on qualification and experience)
- Lead and implement Educational Program
- On the floor position - Build relationships with children and educators

- Before School Care - on average 10-20 children attend per day

**The Essentials**:

- **Highly Desired**or **Working Towards**: relevant Qualification in childcare or teaching - Certificate IV in Outside School Hours Care, Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- **Required**:Experience in OSHC or ECE setting
- **Highly Desired**:Experience leading a team of educators
- **Possesses current 'CHCPRT001'**:

- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk' training (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Current 'HLTAID004 or HLTAID012'**:

- Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting' Certificate (or willingness to obtain
- 1 day training).
- **Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check.**:

- **Child Safety -**We are looking for someone who understands, adheres, and promotes The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
- **COVID-19 Vaccination**:it is a requirement in NSW that any ECEC (and OSHC) staff across the state must receive two doses of a COVID-19 vaccination by 8 November 2021
