Additional information:

- This role is Temporary, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
- The preferred location for the role is Service Office, Tempe however remote work from any IKEA AU location will be considered.

**About this work area**
As Food Operations Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Drive food operational excellence through logistics, production, customer service, equipment, and sustainability, while ensuring compliance with standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor and optimise food operations, identifying gaps and proposing improvements to contribute to financial results and meeting business goals.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks, standards, tools, KPIs, and processes to ensure product availability, food quality, and minimise waste.
- Contribute to the development of market specific range operational needs and requirements in line with IKEA range strategy, requirements and processes.
- Lead training initiatives and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance, ensuring sustainable equipment and practices are in place.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and actively support sustainability efforts, local sourcing, and a sharing, values-driven work environment.

Your previous experience with local food legislations, operational compliance standards, food safety standards and HACCP is highly regarded.
