About The Role

An exciting opportunity now presents itself for a Network Support Manager. This role will see you will play an integral role between Hydraulink and our network of franchisees and distributors. Your support will form an important part in reaching strategic objectives whilst contributing to sales and market growth for the Hydraulink business in Australia.

The role of Network Support Manager is to contribute to the development and maintenance of Hydraulink's network of franchisee and distributors including; the coordination and implementation of various business activities, the onboarding of new franchisees, and the ongoing development and improvement of processes and systems.

These activities contribute to the strategic plan including the recruitment of Franchisees and increasing market share through Sales Channel results right to the end user. You will be working closely with both the National Franchise and Network Manager as well as supporting the General Manager of Sales. Some interstate travel may be required from time to time.

You provide creative ideas and intuitive solutions when approaching business situations. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will see you able to build and maintain strong busines relationships

and your solution focused approach will see you be able to easily able to assist with a range of business issues. Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant franchise, business operations, marketing discipline is an advantage.

**Job Specification / Functional Skills**:

- Contribute to the development of Hydraulink's Network support strategy which may include developing training programs, communication tools and information packs.
- Guide and support new Franchisees with their induction training and administer various stages of the Franchise Onboarding process.
- Assist the Franchise and Network Manager with franchise documentation, onboarding of new Franchisees, audits, reviews, and recruitment.
- Assist with the franchise recruitment marketing plan, updating new opportunities on various digital platforms, developing content for EDMs and other campaigns as required.
- Develop and manage the Network communication calendar which will include; surveys, training, product launches, safety alerts, newsletters, bulletins, etc.
- Participate in various meetings, conferences, exhibitions & supplier meetings as required.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Able to demonstrate previous experience in a related function with a franchise and/or distributor network is an advantage.
- Previous experience within a technically based environment would be useful but not essential.
- Sound skills in communication, negotiation, and time organisation with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in network local area marketing, auditing, compliance, business development is an advantage.
- Experience with Franchise Advisory Councils is an advantage but not essential.
