Skyfuel's experienced and dedicated team are experts in delivering aviation fuel solutions across regional airports in NSW and Victoria. From managing airport operations to providing self-service fuel facilities at numerous end-user locations to bulk aviation fuel delivery, specialised services and products.

We're expanding our team and looking for a hands-on, safety-focused **Field Technician** to support operations across our national network of airport sites.

**About the Role**

As a Field Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and servicing aviation fuel infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting the seamless delivery of fuel to our aviation partners. This is a dynamic, field-based role requiring regular travel to various airport locations across the country.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aviation fuel systems and equipment.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new fuel infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of service activities.
- Collaborate with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:
**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive or fuel systems maintenance (aviation, automotive or relevant industry preferred).
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current driver's licence (HR or MR licence advantageous).
- Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, diesel Mechanic, Fabrication, Boilermaker etc.).
- NMI certification for meter calibration (desirable but not essential).
