South, North, Hills SuburbsAbout the role:Due to continued growth, Hickinbotham, SA's largest and longest established building and development group, is seeking a high calibre Maintenance Contractor to join our dynamic team.With a large pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced and versatile contractor to be responsible for a range of maintenance and repair work across our group.This role suits an enthusiastic, hardworking, and skilled person, with a great attitude who understands the building industry and enjoys the challenge of a diverse and challenging work schedule.
This is an opportunity for an individual to partner with us on an ongoing basis and requires someone who can be agile to meet the demands of our group.Hickinbotham is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to our clients.
We are seeking like-minded individuals who are eager to join our professional team and are dedicated to the values of our company.Duties & Responsibilities:General maintenance work (carpentry, paint touch ups, crack repairs, door adjustments etc.)Upholding the Company's standardsWorking to achieve the Vision and Mission of the Company To be considered for subcontracting you will have: Your own equipment and tools of tradeDrivers Licence & work vehicleContractor's Licence/Builders LicencePublic liability and WorkCover certified ABN The ideal contractor:Carpentry experienceIs legally entitled to live & work in AustraliaHas high energy levelsHas and uses their initiativeCares about our homes and customersThey need to be:Able to undertake the physical nature of this roleVery attentive with an eye for detailWilling and likes to learnAble to take feedback Highly driven, motivated, passionate & able to think outside the boxPositive and have a great attitudeA clear and precise communicatorOrganised, neat and tidyDriven to achieve 100% client satisfaction How to apply:We ARE NOT requesting your resume at this stage, simply click on the "Apply Now" button and fill in your contact details in the relevant fields along with the information requested about your previous relevant experience in the "Recent Work" & "Education" sections.
