Great SAP Site Inventory and Equipment Role

We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced SAP inventory and warehouse equipment specialist to join a leading Australian owned organisation in a full-time / permanent capacity, based in a central Sydney location near to Auburn.
Joining an experienced distribution team within this highly successful business, the Site Equipment and Stock Controller will:
- Maintain minimum stock levels of raw materials,
- Maintain accurate stock level counts for all products on hand,
- Maintain accurate receivals, and ensure reconciliation of all raw materials and finished products.
The position is also responsible for the management of all pallets on site ensuring all processes are undertaken through the system to avoid any loss to the company.
Offering stability, excellent conditions, and benefits, the Equipment and Stock Controller reports to the Site Manager, and will work with the Transport Allocator, Administrative staff, the Warehouse Operators and all personnel performing all Stock and Pallet equipment control functions.
Experience in SAP is highly regarded and is envisaged that finished goods will move to monthly or cyclic counting protocol, and all records must be kept up to date and accurate in SAP system.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a continuous warehouse and delivery function.
- Strong experience in the use of SAP.
- Experience in the use of pallet control software including 2IC, Chepmate and Loscam.
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Effective customer service skills
- Priorities tasks, works independently, and can provide training.
Knowledge of OH&S legislation, codes of best practice, food safety (HACCP), packaging and pest control procedures will also be well regarded.
