About the Role:
Regional Group is currently seeking experienced HR Concrete Agitator Drivers to join their dynamic, successful team based at Gracemere, Queensland.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-mixed concrete products in a timely manner.
Lead and promote OH&S and environmental compliance when representing the company during deliveries.
Demonstrate safety leadership and adhere to RGA safety standards.
Develop effective relationships with customers, leading to positive results and personal influence.
Complete daily pre-start checks for vehicle safety.
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (internal and external).
Foster a productive team environment that maintains high morale and satisfies customer and business objectives.
Operate agitator trucks safely during loading and delivery of pre-mixed concrete.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
Maintain general yard and plant housekeeping.
Perform any other duties as requested.
Willingness to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
