The RoleWe're hiring casual HR-licensed drivers to join our Fernvale-based agitator fleet, delivering pre-mixed concrete and assisting with site duties.Join a supportive, friendly team where your work is valued.
If you're safety-conscious, reliable, and enjoy variety in your day, this is your chance to grow in a secure, booming industry.Agitator experience is not required – full training will be provided to the successful candidate.ResponsibilitiesDeliver concrete to client sites, managing slump levels and discharging concreteEnsure safety, health, and environmental standards are metComplete basic delivery documentation and maintain positive customer relationshipsKeep vehicle clean and assist with general plant duties and housekeepingWhat you will need to succeedCurrent HR licence and White CardPrioritise safety and work effectively as part of a supportive teamCustomer service skills and flexibility to assist with various dutiesConcrete industry experience is valued, but full training will be providedOur BusinessHy-Tec is a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to various construction sectors.
