**Upcoming Induction**:
Your first week will be a **5-day face-to-face induction** to welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful, you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:

- 29th of September - 3rd of October
- 3rd of November - 7th of November
- 1st of December - 5th of December

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supporting young people with daily routines, personal care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Collaborating on individualised care plans

**What You'll Bring**:

- Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification
- Full Australian Driver's License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
