**About the role**

The** Logistics Administrator**role**is a** Part-time**position, based at **Springvale, Victoria.** Reporting to the** Logistics Supervisor**at our manufacturing site**,**you will be working Monday to Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm assisting with the administration and operations as directed.

The main purpose of this role will be:

- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
- Handling and operations of the tile products for **interlocking concrete roof tiles**and their materials.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers of stock and prepare outgoing orders for customers.
- Logistics Management including processing SAP transactions - stock Management and truck movements.
- Assisting with monthly Stock takes.
- Liaising with transport hub.
- Managing the mobile dock - Time slotting system.
- Warehouse Coordination: keep a clean, safe warehouse with easy to access inventory.
- Customer support; assist with the scheduling of deliveries and onsite bookings.
