Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to bring your skills to a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Bulla Dairy Foods is searching for a highly motivated **Logistics Administrator** to join our team at the Derrimut Distribution Centre.

Reporting into the National Transport Manger, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of transport administration to ensure seamless operations and the highest levels of service for both Bulla and our customers. This includes handling transport invoicing, claims, updating master data in SAP, and preparing detailed reporting for stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and oversee transport administration, ensuring adherence to Bulla's standards and customer policies.
- Administer 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) contracts, collaborating with external partners to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Process and manage transport-related invoicing and KPI reporting.
- Coordinate pricing requests and maintain pricing accuracy in SAP systems.
- Provide essential support to the National Transport Manager with data analysis, dashboard preparation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all OH&S and food safety standards in a cold chain logistics environment.

**You will have**:

- A solid background in logistics within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is essential.
- Proven experience working in transport management, with a strong understanding of supply chain and distribution logistics.
- Experience managing 3PL contracts is critical, ensuring successful partnerships with external logistics providers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
