- Job shadowing
- Project management
- Time management
**In this role as a STAR student, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Experience different aspects of our business, often via 6 month rotations
- Receive on-the-job structured development, coaching and mentoring and have the opportunity to interact with managers, leaders, and Executives from the Leadership team.
- Work on a part-time basis during the academic year with an option to work full-time over the semester break - all paid of course
- Earn academic credit from accredited programs at your university for your experience.

- ** Finishing their studies no earlier than end of 2027**:
- Able to work at least 2 days per week during semester (3 days preferred)
