
Event Services Supervisor

At the National Convention Centre Canberra (NCCC) we offer an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, dynamic and professional team to deliver truly inspiring events to our guests. Our events range from innovative gala dinners to delicious catering for large multi-day conferences. Our prestigious and diverse range of annual events allow us to showcase our unique product and service to our guests here at the NCCC.
What's the job?
As an Event Services Supervisor you'll lead our team to ensure seamless delivery of Service to our clients. This will involve leading the team through set-up and pack-down proceadures and providing training to them when required.
- Coordinator day-to-day operations on the events floor
- Prepare event briefing s for operations team allocating sections and roles to the team
- Perpare menu's and price lists for public catering events
- Oversee set up and ensure consistant quality of service
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Experiance with Microsoft office
- Strong Customer Focus
- Excellent Teamwork
- Adaptability to various situations
- Proven ability to train and supervise employee
- Great communication skills
- Experience in banqueting or events well regarded
