Your day-to-day will look likr;- Running the day to day operations of our Conferencing and Events Department
- Reporting to the Conferencing and Events Manager and Assistant Manager
- Responsible for implementing Hotel's policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the team has good knowledge of the menu and products, recommending and up selling.
- Complaint handling and efficient resolving.
- Maintaining an excellent guest experience at all times by ensuring all guests expectations are exceeded.
- Leading, mentoring and training the food & beverage team, to provide a fun and energetic working environment.
- Ensuring cleaning and maintenance of outlets

- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience within a hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work different hours including weekends
