Job Role:
We seek a seasoned Workday HCM professional to join our organization.
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership position, guiding the delivery team and ensuring program alignment with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, offshore leads, and key stakeholders to drive quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand HR requirements and deliver tailored Workday solutions from design through implementation.
Configure and customize multiple Workday modules to align with unique business processes and goals.
Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.
Manage project delivery, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and removal of roadblocks.
Advise clients on system impacts, integration considerations, and process interdependencies.
