Hourly Rate: $23.97-$25.88*

Role Overview:
We are in search of a friendly and professional receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, offering support and managing our front desk with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:45am-3:45pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls with exceptional phone manner and redirect as necessary.

Warmly greet visitors to our showrooM/Factory.

Conduct administrative tasks including data entry and filing.

Facilitate communication with sales, factory, and installation teams.

Oversee office supplies and document organisation.

Maintain a fast-paced work environment with strong multi-tasking abilities.

**Requirements**:
Strong command of written and verbal communication.

Previous administrative or reception experience.

Excellent customer service skills and a personable approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

*Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.

Supplemental pay types:
