- Data Migration Analyst to support the Data Migration Lead for large HCM program; migrate multiple locations onto new HCM Platform consisting of Tanda, iChris and Workday

This is a hybrid environment, 3/week in their Sydney CBD offices.

**Tasks**
- Coordinate data collection and validation activities directly with end users
- Execute initial data analysis and data review processes
- Use SQL to develop transformation scripts in volume
- Automate checking and validation steps within the data migration process
- Implement relevant data controls to ensure quality is maintained throughout the life of the project

**Skills**
- SQL (must)
- Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy dealing with data
- Trusted to work with sensitive data
- Ability to work at pace
- Fast learner
- Critical thinker

**Experience**
- Understanding of core HR/Payroll/T&A data (desirable)
- Working with sensitive data
- Data mapping activities (must)
- Understanding of Workforce Management, salary/award rates etc (desirable)
- Working with large and complex data volumes
- Data migration projects / working to tight timeline
