Job Overview

A senior business analyst is needed to lead end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for data migration projects.
  • Lead or support data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout migration phases.
  • Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
  • Support system configuration, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Analyse gaps between legacy and target HR systems and suggest solutions.
  • Document data flow diagrams, business process models, and data dictionaries.
  • Provide input into data governance, security, and privacy related to employee data.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in data migration projects.
  • Strong experience with HR systems and proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, data mapping utilities, and BA tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data validation techniques.
