About The Role

As an AI Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ART's marketing transformation.
You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, drive adoption of cutting-edge tools, and collaborate across teams to enhance member and commercial outcomes.
This role is pivotal in scaling AI best practices and aligning them with business priorities.
Day To Day, You'll
Develop and execute ART's Member Line of Business AI strategy.
Deliver AI use cases from concept to implementation, including testing, training, and rollout.
Lead integration of AI tools and platforms into marketing operations.
Facilitate a cross-functional Member AI Working Group.
Support AI maturity assessments and internal upskilling initiatives.
Ensure ethical AI practices in collaboration with the AI Governance team.
Monitor emerging AI trends to inform strategic direction.
This role is amax-term/secondmentopportunity ending in March 2027.
Location:We have office locations inBrisbane,SydneyandMelbournebut we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.
About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.
It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
You've successfully applied AI in marketing or customer experience settings and know how to make it work in real-world scenarios.
You're experienced in delivering AI or marketing use cases from concept through to implementation.
You've led the adoption of new technologies or processes across teams and know how to bring people along for the journey.
You collaborate confidently across business units and technical teams, building strong relationships along the way.
You bring sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to everything you do.
You communicate clearly and engage stakeholders with ease.
