The Events Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, offers an extraordinary opportunity to lead and manage the Events Executive team to ensure the operational requirements of both internal and external non-gaming events and functions are met.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge to deliver a thrilling new era for events.
A few of your responsibilities :
Lead the events team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting budget and operational goals.
Maximize revenue from external events by upselling venue services and cross-selling property offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients throughout event planning and delivery.
Manage complimentary events efficiently by controlling costs while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Oversee end-to-end execution of all events over 12 guests, coordinating with external suppliers, venue managers, and Star executives.
Coordinate all aspects of events including planning, logistics, setup, execution, and post-event evaluation.
What we are looking for :
Extensive experience in event management, Casino, Hotels, or large hospitality preferred (3-4 years management experience).
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, DEPHI5, or similar).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Qualification in Event Management or a related field is advantageous.

As the Events Manager, you will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing flawless corporate and wedding events.
Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the event planning process.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Banquets team.
