**Weddings & Events - F&B Service Supervisor**

**About Us**:
Nudo Group is a boutique, full-service event agency. Our team typically manages 400 events each year. Weddings are our bread & butter, and our team is incredibly customer-focused, aiming to provide an exceptional level of service at every event.

We are looking for
**Function Supervisors** to work on-site at our venues alongside our full time Venue Managers.

**Our venues include**:

- The Wool Mill - Brunswick East.
- Two Ton Max - North Melbourne.
- Gather & Tailor - West Melbourne.

**The Most Flexible Roles in Hospo**

We are looking for some strong supervisors to help our events run and wrap up smoothly, however we also offer flexibility. We send out a list of shifts each week, and you can jump on the ones that suit you.

**You Must Have**:

- RSA.
- Experience with leading a small crew is preferred but we also will give plenty of guidance & training.
- Enjoy working & always work with a smile.
- Fun, bubbly personality.
- Happy to work hard & get your hands dirty when needed.
- Availability late evenings & weekends.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Setting floor plans and tables.
- Following a runsheet.
- Managing clients during the event.
- Managing staff with food and beverage service.
- Able to be accountable for anything venue related such as lighting, sounds, suppliers and on the day needs.
- Closing event and packing down venue in accordance to our procedures (cleaning checklists etc.).

**Remuneration**:

- Standard Hospitality Award Rates.

Show us what you can do Instead of interviewing we prefer just you get you working on a (paid) trial shift so that you can meet the team, and we can see what you can do. If we all like each other, then we will get you set up on our systems for more shifts
