**How you'll make an impact**

As a Programs Administrator with Simply Helping Gippsland South and West, you will be responsible for ensuring all records for all funded programs are complete, accurate and up-to-date, meeting legislative and regulatory requirements. The specific responsibilities and duties listed in this document may be revised in future.

A day in the life as a Programs Administrator with Simply Helping Gippsland South and West may see you support our clients with;
- Be first point of contact for TAC and Workcover service users and/or their nominees and support coordinators, requesting services
- Handle general enquiries about TAC and Workcover services, including clarifying specific account information and/or rostering queries from internal and external departments
- Liaise with and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Generate, complete, and update service agreements, support delivery plans, service booking forms and other associated paperwork for TAC and Workcover service users
- Receive requests for services from service users, representatives and/or their support coordinators, and collaborate with the Services and Programs Team Leaders to implement and action appropriate support

**What we're looking for**

As a patient, flexible and understanding individual with a supportive and caring nature, ideally with experience within the aged, disability or health care sectors, you'll have;
- Able to build strong rapport and develop positive working relationships with participants and stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to maintain a fast pace
- Capacity to solve problems independently and use initiative
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

Desirable, however not essential;
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent
- Valid driver's licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
