We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our national division's financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of finance analysts, driving accuracy and insight in financial reporting, forecasting, and business outcomes.
About the Role
Lead and develop a high-performing team of four state-based finance analysts who partner closely with site leadership to drive business performance.
Oversight of full P&L accountability for a complex national division, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
Collaborate with state managers and senior executives to shape strategic decisions and performance outcomes.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and commercial governance, including exposure to hedging and FX for international sales.
Oversee the monthly management cycle and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and insight.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across finance and operations.
Your Qualifications
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
Proven background in commercial finance or operational finance, ideally in heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Strong track record of P&L management and business partnering with senior leadership.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and engage a long-tenured and geographically dispersed team.
Strong analytical and critical thinking capability, with an appetite for change and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across multiple states and sites.
