We're hiring a full-time Operations Manager for four incredible venues including Paramount House Hotel, Paramount Coffee Project, Reuben Hills and Shwarmama. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with managers and directors to optimise systems and service
- Working with a dynamic team to ensure excellent product and customer experience in each venue
- Overseeing HR, licensing, payroll and online presence
- Enjoying free coffee, a competitive salary and supportive work environment

Ideally, you'll have a solid venue management background, excellent communication skills and be highly organised. Flexibility, problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.
