Established over fifteen years ago, we are a growing Melbourne head quartered Software Consultancy with a core focus of delivering business-critical digital products to our clients. - Key responsibilities- Take a leading role in facilitating **discovery and inception workshops** with client stakeholders to align on the expectations, objectives, value metrics, as is and to be journeys, technical architecture, prioritise scope of features, provide a robust delivery plan, resourcing and costing profile for delivery phase
- Lead an agile team during the **delivery phase** of the product build (manage key agile ceremonies, estimation & planning practices, tracking scope burnup, managing risks, issues, dependencies and validating assumptions)
- Provide deep experience and trusted advice to our clients in the areas of organisational agile transformation and **agile delivery management**:

- Champion best practices around agile delivery management in our delivery projects, **mentor** other delivery leads within Fabric and for our clients
- Work with the demand team on **presales**, producing scope & estimates for proposals that have a commercial benefit for Fabric and the Customer
- Work with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement/development around project delivery and assist in delivering solutions, as well project costing and execution
- Being an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and the practices we use to make sure we build the software right
- Participate in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs
- Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role to support our marketing department in social media activities and meetups
- About you- Experience in leading delivery teams in complex environments using a variety of agile frameworks and practices
- Hands on experience with leading projects using custom software to deliver business value
- Strong facilitation of discovery and inception workshops using a variety of techniques for elicitation, stakeholder alignment, collaborative prioritisation and decision-making (remotely and in person)
- Experience in being a consultant, mentor and a strong leader
- Agile mindset and focus on value, strong team collaboration, customer involvement and adaptive planning
- Hands-on as a senior BA in engagements where depth of experience is required (This may sometimes mean you are the only BA on the project)
- A thorough understanding of agility and iterative delivery of complex software products
- Should have demonstrable hands on experience in delivering projects iteratively preferably having experience in various delivery frameworks
- Help coach-client product owner in their day to day activities (Prioritisation, Stakeholder management, etc)
- Help Elicit and capture requirements
- Work with delivery teams to constantly groom the backlog in a value focused manner
