**What does the role involve?**
- Developing, training and motivating your team members to the highest quality and standard.
- Using initiative to control, manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work in his/her area of responsibility.
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with other Sections, at both a strategic and operational level.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in inventory management preferable.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Display an adept understanding of warehousing practices.
- Previous experience in managing teams.
- Details orientated, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Flexible, able to work a rotating 5 out of 7 days roster.
- Hands-on, willing to go the extra mile in a fast-paced team environment.

**Additional Information**
- Enjoy a fantastic hourly rate of **$44.19** + penalties.
- 80-hour fortnight contract.
