**What does the role involve?**
- Leadership of a team of people including training, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, managing leave and attendance.
- Ensuring your section of the warehouse runs smoothly to keep stock in our stores for our customers.
- Helping to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best.
- Maximising resources efficiency to achieve business goals while controlling costs and minimising losses.
- Delegating tasks efficiently, capitalising on the skills, roles, and interests of your team members to achieve results.
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nutures excellence.

**Qualifications** What are we looking for?**

**Additional Information**
