About the role
As a Parts and Accessory Sales Consultant at HMG OFFROAD PTY LTD - OPPOSITE LOCK DARWIN', you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and product expertise to our clients. This full-time position is based in our Darwin, NT 0800 location, where you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts and accessory needs.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service to both walk-in and online customers
Advising customers on the best parts and accessories to suit their vehicle and requirements
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including features and compatibility
Accurately processing sales transactions and orders, both in-person and online
Participating in inventory management, including stock control and ordering
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs to the right parts and accessories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process sales and orders
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to help customers find the perfect solutions
