About the Role:

As a Parts and Accessories Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers
  • Advise customers on the best parts and accessories to suit their vehicle and requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including features and compatibility
  • Accurately process sales transactions and orders, both in-person and online
  • Participate in inventory management, including stock control and ordering
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs to the right parts and accessories
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process sales and orders
