Catering HQ is looking for experienced, vibrant and dynamic bartenders to join our events team at Cronulla RSL Club. We are offering full/part time and casual roles.

Catering HQ is a family run company that was established in 1996. We currently have 7 fabulous venues across Sydney, Blue Mountains and Central Coast.

KEY QUALITIES:

- Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Must have a valid RSA
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
- Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
- Outstanding communication skills
- Availability on weekends

Responsibilities include:

- Carry drink trays
- General knowledge about wine, spirits and cocktails
- Tap beer pour
- General bar maintenance and stock control
- Drink line maintenance
- POS ordering
