The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join their growing team. Delivering quality service and exceptional client experiences at two of Sydney's most stunning venues and exclusive events - Art Gallery of NSW including its newest addition Sydney Modern Project.

As a Functions & Events Head Bartender, you will ensure that all bar related services at events are executed to high standard. This includes set up, leading the bar and beverage team during an event, pack down and stock control.

**The Role**
- Work a range of functions and events; from lunches, dinners and cocktail parties to pop up bars
- Ensure bars are set up and packed down pre/post event including stock control
- Making and serving beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails
- Ensure RSA is strictly maintained
- 25-35 hours a week; minimum availability of 4 days/evenings per week
- Casual rates - Level 3 or 4 depending on experience

**About You**
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Bartender, function and events experience is highly regarded
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude
- Very strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid NSW RSA
- Valid working rights in Australia
- A passion for executing amazing events
