About the roleSouthern Cross Catholic College, Annandale is seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher - Humanities and English (HPE would be an advantage but is not necessary).
This role is a Full time, Fixed Term position commencing as soon as practicable until 5 December 2025.

To have a willingness to change and develop instructional strategies to increase student growth and achievement Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
Desirable Criteria Significant experience in working with First Nations students
Experienced classroom teacher with a specialised knowledge about First Nations students.
