**Description**:
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will primarily be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of our new manufacturing facility located at Wellcamp.

**Key focus areas of the role include**:
Playing a key role in the commissioning of a new processing facility
Liaising with our partner site to gain a complete understanding of the technical knowledge required to commission and then maintain the new facility
Liaising directly with the production manager on all key KPIs
Attending to preventative and breakdown calls
Support and contribute to a people safe work culture including the Take 5 System
Support and contribute to a food safe work culture
Compile and distribute daily maintenance reports
Attention work orders to others as requested
Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and continuous improvement

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role
A relative trade qualification
Exposure to food manufacturing environment is an advantage
Knowledge of Food Safety preferred
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Computer literate
Knowledge of automation control fundamentals an advantage
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to work autonomously is essential
Ability to housekeep work areas to a high standard
Well presented with the ability to professionally represent the maintenance department internally and externally
Ability to communicate effectively with production operators
