Job Title: Service Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional results in our Toowoomba, AU location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and service repairs on products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commit to personal and business safety at all times.
  • Test lifting equipment on-site and inspect it off-site.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Deliver prompt and effective service repairs to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the support team for seamless communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights.
  • Flexibility and availability to travel.
