We are currently experiencing an exciting time of growth and considering talent with specialist capabilities in Asset Management, reliability and Integrity Management. We are open to applicants across Australia and at various levels of experience to join our already, highly skilled and successful Asset Management and Performance Service Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across a number of industries such as Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Manufacturing, Resources and Utilities just to name a few.

Here are the key things you'll do:

- Use your own remarkable skillset in growing the presence and delivery capability of the Asset Management Team to complete existing projects, win new work and develop IP within the business.
- Identify the most appropriate methodology for collecting required data/parameters to manage asset condition.
- Undertake asset monitoring and data collation for use in reports or location specific assessments.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively participate in our drive to identify, win and deliver work, all the while partnering closely with our clients.
- Actively contribute to the "lessons learnt" part of the process to further our goal of Continuous Improvement.

Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, you'll also have:

- Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business or Accounting are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in asset management, reliability, or integrity management.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management principles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative flair for innovative solutions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset, driven to learn from industry experts and share knowledge with your peers.
