We work with clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources to deliver transformative outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Consult on asset investment planning, asset management maturity and asset data & information capabilities.
  • Deliver project work including facilitating workshops, writing reports and delivering presentations supported by senior team members.
  • Support key pursuits and build relationships to identify business opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Support program delivery through effective project management practices.
  • Determine and deliver strategic communication plans for clients.
  • This role may involve short-term travel across Australia and New Zealand.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of project management best practices and experience delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent service to internal or external customers with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree-level qualification preferred in fields like engineering, business economics or other relevant discipline.
  • Some experience in the asset management industry or consulting and relevant industry experience in water/utilities, power or asset data and information.
  • Knowledge or experience of asset-intensive industries including power, water, rail, government and facilities.
  • Desire to develop a network of industry contacts and participate in industry initiatives.
Desirable Experience
  • Asset management capability assessments and improvement road-mapping.
  • Delivering large-scale transformational programs.
  • Power sector safety and technical planning particularly in NSW and VIC.
  • Asset management software system implementation and management.
  • Investment business case development and portfolio prioritisation.
