Job Overview:
A highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect is required to lead and implement technical solutions using the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and be able to design, review, and recommend improvements to solutions within Salesforce and its integrations.
This role involves ensuring that development follows best practices, configuring and coding items for deployment, providing guidance and support to development and testing teams, and guiding user stories for Functional Consultants and development teams.
Responsibilities:
Define Salesforce technical requirements and design solutions within Salesforce and its immediate integrations.
Review and recommend improvements via Key Design Decision packs.
Ensure development follows Salesforce CRM architecture, product roadmap, and best practices.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Approve configuration and coded items for deployment.
Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams.
Guide user stories for Functional Consultants and development teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience leading Salesforce projects.
Wide architectural knowledge across Salesforce clouds and industry solutions.
Practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce and Vlocity configurations.
Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts.
