As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless coordination between our clients, technicians, and various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule, manage, and monitor service requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. You'll be the go-to person for our valued customers and suppliers providing exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships.

What will your day-to-day look like? You'll be:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their service needs, ensuring clear communication and accurate scheduling.
- Coordinating with our team of skilled technicians, assigning tasks, and managing their schedules to optimize productivity.
- Monitoring service progress, ensuring quality standards are met, and promptly addressing any issues or delays.
- Assisting with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels to support service operations.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation, including service reports, customer feedback, and updating our internal systems.
