Christmas Helper Position Available

We are seeking cheerful and charismatic Christmas helpers to join us this festive season. Whether it's decorating a Christmas tree, creating welcoming wreaths or setting up merry Christmas tables, you can help our customers add a joyful touch to their homes.

As a Christmas helper, you will have the opportunity to be immersed in our magical Christmas displays and be inspired by the beautiful décor and decorations as you add something special to our customers' Christmas, and your own.

  • You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will be required to provide seamless point of sale service that is engaging and efficient, assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and contribute to Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their best.
  • Great availability over the Christmas period and ability to work during peak trading times including evenings and weekends will be highly valued.

Candidates who can commit to working during peak periods, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Excellent Customer Service: You will work closely with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through engaging and efficient point of sale service.

Assisting With Operational Tasks: You will assist with tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, ensuring our stores remain well-stocked and visually appealing.

Visual Merchandising: You will contribute to maintaining the high standard of visual presentation across our stores, enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
