Clemenger BBDO is looking for a Social and Content Manager to join the team in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be the account lead responsible for managing delivery of social campaigns and AO content across key social clients.
This role is key in managing smooth delivery of campaigns from creative through production and campaign rollout. In addition, you will play a role in agency & client upskilling to ensure best in class comms.
- Social Insights & best practice - Ability to take key learnings and insights to inspire strategies and comms planning
- Always-On Campaign Development - develop social content from concept through to delivery
- Day to day running of channels - publishing and community management of brand channels
- Social Platforms - liaise with key social platform partners and engage them for new opportunities
- Social Leadership - Deliver social thought leadership to the team and wider agency
- Social Client Go-To - For expertise and advice on social & broader digital activity

Desired skills and experience
- Passion for social and digital thinking
- Technical knowledge of social media platforms and SME tools to build workflows
- Demonstrate an astute understanding of how people communicate in the social and online space
- Skilfully determine how social media can solve problems and where it fits in the broader comms plan
- Ability to think critically and creatively for various types of social and digital activity, including brand campaigns, content series, competitions, and reactive/cultural content creation
- Experience and confidence pitching and presenting to Senior clients
- Team player who enables people to do great work
