Orthotist, GB Orthopaedics, Brisbane Specialising for over 44 years in the management of Neuromuscular conditions, Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis , and Foot, Ankle and Knee conditions , we are seeking an Orthotist to join our team.
We take pride in providing exceptional care to our patients and as such are seeking a likeminded Orthotist.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes :- Strong clinical and technical skills Have the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team and or independently Must be self motivated Possess excellent communication and organisational skills An eye for detail Reliable and strong work ethic Strong clinical skills in orthotic assessment and prescription and subsequent casting Paediatric experience essential Responsibilities :- Manage own patient case load Attend regional clinics NDIS report writing Assess, prescribe, cast and fit appropriate Orthoses A suitable candidate must also Hold a minimum Bachelors Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics Current or eligible to hold full AOPA membership Current Drivers Licence Working with children check ( Blue card – Queensland ) Benefits Attractive salary based on experience 38 Hours per week ( working over 4 days) Opportunity to expand clinical and technical skills Ongoing training and career development Supportive and friendly team Please send cover letter and resume to : Mr Brad George –
