Orthotist Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthotist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an Orthotist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional orthotic care across all inpatient sites and developing capacity within other clinical staff to manage orthotics safely and effectively.
As part of our team, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to identify training and education needs related to orthotics, develop, implement, and refine training and assessment processes, and ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in orthotics who can competently perform high-quality assessments, treatments, and patient management while possessing well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
You will engage and manage complex stakeholder relationships, contribute to service development opportunities, and grow and develop our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert-level orthotic care and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals
- Developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance orthotic knowledge and skills among clinical staff
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address orthotic-related needs and gaps in service delivery
