Base pay range
A$150,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

What you'll do
Be a subject matter expert in implementing the various components of Microsoft 365
Contribute to documentation of detailed architecture and design documents
Implement technical solutions per approved design, including Azure AD and Exchange Online hybrid, Intune desktop deployment and management, Microsoft Information Protection, and Azure Sentinel
Contribute to documentation of change requests, knowledgebase articles, and other technical documentation
Provide technical escalation, support and training to the customer's IT resources
Assist with drafting and execution of technical and end-user test plans
Work within the Cloud Capability Program and projects to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure and M365
Plan, design and develop cloud-based application infrastructure
Deploy and service cloud initiatives throughout the development lifecycle
Orchestrate and automate cloud-based platforms across the organisation
What you'll bring
Experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
Experience designing, documenting, and implementing cloud-based architecture and solutions for large, complex enterprise systems
Knowledge in Azure Fabric and Azure AI services
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, Sentinel) and supporting Azure connectivity and logging
Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, ADFS, and AD Connect
Knowledge of Australian Government ISM and PSPF frameworks
Ability to work effectively in an agile environment
Experience with Azure, Cloud Adoption Framework, Enterprise Scale Landing Zones, and related services (Identity, Sentinel, logging, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, networking)
