- **Supporting Regional Buyers**

Work closely with Regional Buyers and site teams to align on best practices, improve collaboration, and find cost-saving opportunities.

Help create and promote training programs that build procurement skills across the team, from sourcing and contracting to sustainable procurement and working with technical teams.

- **Change Management & Training Skills**:
You're experienced in leading change, from launching new systems to running user training and support. You know how to engage stakeholders, encourage adoption, and ensure long-term success.
- **Analytical & Process-Oriented Thinking**:
You bring strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and propose practical improvements. You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy making processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.
