**Duties**

It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Case Management Specialist you will:

- Ensure that administration is in accordance with icare's guidelines and agreed department standards.
- Coordinate and provide support to the Personal Injury business unit in relation to data quality, claims remediation activities and support resources during claims migration.
- Complete daily assessment and authorisation of payments.
- Manage telephone enquiries within icare's guidelines and adhere to standards.
- Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities.
- Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers.
- Undertake ongoing entitlement reviews in relation to weekly payments and medical expenses.
- Ensure case management is in accordance with legislation and compliance guidelines.
- Proactively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers with reasonable claim costs.
- Identify and contribute to processes and practices for continuous improvement opportunities.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience within an administration capacity or back of house business support function.
