**About Our Client**:
Our client is an industry leader in the Financial Lending, Loans and Support organisation, who are currently experiencing a substantial period of growth and require an experienced Customer Support, Team Coach to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding team coach to work in a large-scale organisation in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement & Operations Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:

- Effectively developing a team of 6-7 customer consultants with less than 12 months experience.
- Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to continually upskill employees.
- Provide initiatives that drive high performance and a strong culture.
- Develop different personalities to be future business leaders and drive progression.
- Responsible for the removal of escalated internal employee issues.
- Ad-Hoc Duties as Requested by the Management Team.
